1 <br />Page4of 4 2�,����11,� <br />also assigns to Beneficiaries, as security for the performance of the obligations secured hereby, <br />all prepaid rents and all monies which may have been or may hereafter be deposited with Tnzstor <br />by any lessee of the property to secure the payment of any rent, and upon default in the <br />performance of any of the provisions hereof, Trustor agrees to deliver such rent and deposits to <br />the Beneficiaries. Delivery of written notice of Beneficiaries' exercise of the rights granted <br />herein to any tenant(s) occupying the property shall be sufficient to require such tenant(s) to pay <br />rent to the Beneficiaries until further notice. All persons owing such rents to Trustor are hereby <br />authorized and directed by Trustor, upon receipt of written not�ce from Beneficiaries, to pay such <br />rents directly to Beneficiaries. <br />14. Upon payment of all sums as herein provided, Lender shall direct Trustee to <br />reconvey the property and shall surrender this security instrument and the note secured. Trustee <br />shall reconvey the property without warranty and without charge to the persons legally entitled to <br />it. <br />15. Lender, at its option, may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint a <br />successor Trustee by an instrument recorded in the county in which this security instrument is <br />recorded. Without conveyance of the property, the successor Trustee shall succeed to all the title, <br />power and duties conferred upon Trustee herein and by Nebraska law. <br />16.
