Fenn Adams, being first duly sworn on oath for her affidavit, deposes arad <br />states as follows: <br />1. That Affidavit is made pursuant to §30-38,102 of the Nebraska Probate Code. <br />2. That she is the surviving Trustee of the Loyde H. Adams Revocable Trust, which became <br />irrevocable upon the death of Loyde H. Adams. <br />3. T'hat the undersigned is the designated successor trustee of the Loyde H. Adams <br />Revocable Trust, and has accepted such appointment as Successor Trustee. <br />4. T'hat Loyde H. Adams, (the "decedent") died on July 14, 2010 and at the time of his death <br />he was a resident of Lancaster County, Nebraska. <br />5.
