<br /> � 'buildings as now constructed,or either of them and the party so desiring to extend said j ,

<br /> `', wall ,shall in the first instance construct the wall at his own expense and the other party ;
<br /> �', desiring to utilize the s ame ,or any part thereof,shall pay for the proportion �o utilized, ;

<br /> '� and in the event of utilizing any portion of the wall above ground,the cost of one-half of

<br /> � wall so occupied and utilized by him,and in estimating the proportion of the wall used by
