<br /> premises in as good condition as wh8n first taken over,ordinary uear and tear incident to the r
<br /> use excepted.Lessor is to keep the exterior of said premises ,incZu3ing the roof,in good
<br /> condition for use and occupancy and no change in the condition of said building,is to be made
<br /> by said le8see witnout the written consent of first party.The lessee is no� to use said
<br /> premises in such a way as to interfere or sffect the use of the adjoining premises of first
<br /> party ,andsecond party particularly agrees not to engage in any line of work or manufacture th t

<br /> Sixth; It is agreed that second party in the use ofsaid premises will comply ii� all respec a

<br /> in no event are said premiaes to be used for a butcher shop or restaurant ,nor are into�ieatin
<br /> liquors to be handled therein,and any attempt to do so will void this leaee.
<br /> �e�renth; First party reserves the ri�ht �or him,his agents,or employe�8 to �o upon said
<br /> premises at all reasonable times for the purpos� of inspecting the eame. F�ermission therefQr
<br /> is hereby expressly given by the second party.
<br /> Ei�hth; This lease is nd,t assi�nable,nor can said premises ar any part thereof be sublet
<br /> without the written consent of firet party endorsed thereon and any attempt to do so will voi '
<br /> tnis lease at the option of the first party.
<br /> Ninth: It is a�reed that the prompt payment of the rentals in the axnounts and at the times
<br /> herein stated and the payment of all public utilities used by the lessee in and about said
<br /> premises ,and the keeping and perfarming of alI tne con3itions by lessee to be kept and per-
<br /> formed is the essence of this lease,and a failure on the party of the lessee to make such
<br /> + payments ,or any of them,or to perform any of the conditions herein to be performed for a

<br /> i him to terminate the same and take possession ofsaid premiees,ae by law provided,or to sue

<br /> � lessee f rom the obligations by him herein assumed,and in tne e vent that fiirst party so termi -
<br /> ates this l�ase before it has run the entire term,then upon such termination,the payment of
