No pro�ections of any kind,on elevatore,or other <br /> buildings,sh�,ll be placed nearer to any track than six feet from a line drawn vertioally from <br /> the nearest rail ,nor shall any material be piled or other obstructions of any kind be placed <br /> within said diatance from the neareat rail. <br /> The lsssee al�ao conenants and agrees to pay all state ,county and municipal taxes or specia <br /> assessments tnat may be levied upon the improvements and property owned by �he Lessee on or <br /> about the demised premises during the oontinuance of this lease.
