<br /> It is further agreed bhat the land hereby leased is to be used by the Lessee for auto stor:--
<br /> age warehouse only; that all the provisions of law applicable to such use shall be fully obser
<br /> ved,and that the Lesaee will not do or permit to be done,upon said premises,anything forbidde
<br /> by law,and will maintain and keep said premiaes ,fences ,buildings and appurtenanQes in good
<br /> repair as well as keep all catoh baains and vaults thereon and the streets and sidewa,lks
<br /> ad�oining � ch premises in proper condition and ae may be required by any law,ordinance or
<br /> direation of publio officials,and whenever required by said Ra,ilroad Company so to do,will
<br /> cover all buildings c�ith at lea8t one coat of mineral paint of suoh oolor as the Railroad

<br /> Elevators shall not be plaeed nearer than eight feet from the nearest rail of any traok,
<br /> and must be covered witn corrugated iron or such otner fire proof materials as shal.l be sat-
<br /> isfactory to the Railroad Company. All other by�ildingsshall not be plaeed nearer than six
<br /> fe�t fromthe nearest r�,il of an y track,and no elevator or other buil3ings shall be equipped
<br /> with doors openin� toward an ad�acent track. No pro�ections of any kind,on elevatore,or other
<br /> buildings,sh�,ll be placed nearer to any track than six feet from a line drawn vertioally from
<br /> the nearest rail ,nor shall any material be piled or other obstructions of any kind be placed
<br /> within said diatance from the neareat rail.
<br /> The lsssee al�ao conenants and agrees to pay all state ,county and municipal taxes or specia
<br /> assessments tnat may be levied upon the improvements and property owned by �he Lessee on or
<br /> about the demised premises during the oontinuance of this lease. And in case any taxea or
<br /> speQial assessments are levied on the premises as a whole ,�he Lessee ahall pay such proportio
<br /> of the same as the value of any improvements or pro,�e rty owned by the Lessee on or about eaid
<br /> premises bears to the value of the entire premises.
<br /> And the Lessee further agreea to cause ,during the continuance of this lease,the policies
<br /> of fire insurance on the structures of Lessee and the contents thereof whe�her the property o
