<br /> described,as agreed by ua to be paid in the bond executed by us to eaid Associa�ion in the

<br /> Said Association may,in its discretinn,use the rents so far as necessary for t he purpose
<br /> of making such repairs upon the premises as,in its judgrre nt ,may be proper and may use said
<br /> rents so far as necessary for tbe payment of insurance premiume a,nd taxes upon said premises,
<br />, or any other payment� to be made by us under the terms of the bond and mortgage above men-
<br /> tianed,the balance to be applied upon the payment of monthly dues ,interest and fines on said
<br /> certificate a.nd loan.
<br /> This assi�na�ent and transfer of rents an d revenue to be absolute to the extent of the
<br /> total of the paynente above mentioned from and a�ter this date.
