AND IT IS FURTHER EXPRESSLY AGREED that the second party shall secuxe the performance of the terms and conditions of this lease on his part by� giving to the first party on demand a chattel mortgage upon all or any part of �he crops growing or �athered on said premises dur- ing �aid term.
