<br /> i Sealing,were the o*�ners and in possession of an undivided one--half interest in the South half

<br /> � (NE�� of the Northe�,st t�uarter (NE�� of Section Thirty-three (33) ,all in Township Nine (9)

<br /> � North,af Range Eleven (11) ,�Vest of the 6th P.M. ,in Hall Cour�t y,Nebraska;that on or about '�'._ .
<br /> jsaid date the said plaintiffs m�,de,executed and delivered to the defendant Lewis Q,Paulson
<br /> i a warranty deed to said premises,which deed was recorded in the office of the Regieter of Dee s

<br /> of Ha11 County ,Nebraeka,in Book 66,at Page 270,af Deeds of the r ecords of said County ,and tha
<br /> �
<br /> the only interest that the defendant �rnma C.Paulson has or claims to have in said prernises

<br /> � is as the spouse of Lewis C3.Paulson.

<br /> � The court further finds that taking all the faets and circumstanees into consideration,that
<br /> j the f air,just and reasonable value of the services of the said Lewis C.Paulson in the case
<br /> I set forth in the plaintiff� s petition,if paid within thirty days from the r eridition of this
<br /> ' decree ,is the sum of Five Hundxed Dollars (�500.0a) .

<br /> � The court further finds �enerally that justice and equity demand a cancellation of said
<br /> � deed,upon the payment of said sum of money as aforesaid,and the quieting of the title to said

<br /> ; premises in the pTaintiffs.
