<br /> chmidt ; affiant Purther states that his said sister, Anna Schmidt , departed this life at. her home
<br /> in Colorado Sprin�s, Color�.do , in trie year 1906; that she died intestate and le1't surviving her as er
<br /> eir at Tavs and her only heir at law her son, Otto Schmidt ; that she, also, left surviving her
<br /> er husband, Peter Schmidt ; aPfia.nt further states that the said Anna Schmidt left no debts and
<br /> hat her estate has �ever been administered.
<br /> APfiant further states that in; the estate o� the said Louiue Lah ' ,
<br /> eceased, appears the name of Ernma Kluever a daughter and heir a.t la�r of �ai�d Z►ouise Lahann, and
<br /> ffiant states that tYle correct name should be Emma Klueber instead of Emma Kluever.
