<br /> Hall County ( Chas . r.Ryan, k�eing first duly sworn on oath, says that he was well
<br /> and personally acquainted with Annie E. Osborne, no�� deceased, during her lifetime and for
<br /> about ten years acted as attorney and adviser for her and her daughter, Annie P.Eager, now
<br /> Annie P.Hall. That he knows her, the eaid Annie E.Gsborne� to have been the same person who
<br /> was named in the will of �lilliam McKittrick, now deceased, late of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br /> "Anna Eliza", daughter of' said �liliiam �4eKittrick, ar.d the person to whom said william McKittric
<br /> devised in said will, the fee in the North half of the Northeast quarter of Section Four (4)�
<br /> in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10)� west in Hall County, Nebraska, designat�ng her
<br /> therein as " my daughter, Anna Eliza" . That she afterwards intermarried with a man named
<br /> Osborne and affiant knows that she is the same person who, in th� name of Annie E.Os'oorne, con-
<br /> veyed by quit claim dee� the above described nremises to Annie P.Eager, v�hich deed was dated
<br /> August 13th� 19G0, and recorde-a in Book 28 of Deeds at Page 430� of the recorde of Hall County,
<br /> �ve�raska. 'That �hA said Annie P.Eager, grar_tee in said deed, was the same person to whom the
<br /> said R►illiam bicKittrick bequeathetl the sum of Gne Thoueand Dollars in his will above mentioned.
<br /> . That the said Annie P.Eager was the same person �ho afterwards conveyed by quit claim desd
<br /> the above described premises to her mother, the said Annis E.Csborne, by deed dated April 25th, �
<br /> 1904, and tiahich was recorded in �ook 37 of Deeds at Pa�e 47 of the records of Hall County, Neb-
<br /> raska. That �he Frank Eager, who subsequently conveyed by quit ^laim �eed, his interest in
<br /> :aid premises to the said Annie �.Cs'�orne, which deed was_ dated �day 23rd, 1904, and recorded in
<br /> Rook 37 of Deeds at Page 52, of the records of Hall County, ''ebraska� was� at said t ime� the
<br /> husband of said Annie P.Eager. That the said Annie E.Csborne, then a widow, died in January
<br /> 1911, wa� buried in �ial l Ca'�ty, Ne�raska, and aff iant attended her funeral. That the said
<br /> Annie P.Eager aftervrards interrnarried with one Clayton w.Hall and that she is the same person
<br /> nar.�ed in the f inal decree of settlerrient of the estate of Annie E.Osborne� deceasec� as Annie P.
<br /> , Hall, v�rhich decree, �agether witn a copy of the will of the said Annie E.Oaborne, is recorded
<br /> in Book 1, at Page 410� of the recorde of Hall County, Nebraska� and that the said Annie P.Eager
<br /> namad in the will of said Annie E.Csborne, deceased, as devisee of the said IJorth hal.f of the
<br /> ��c�rtheast quarter of Section 4� in Township 11 North� Range 10 �Gest, is the same �eraon named
<br /> in the decree of settlement of said estate as Annie P.Hall.
