<br /> , that he is now a resident of Los Angeles County, California, but that, in 1872� and for many
<br /> years prior and subsequent thereto, he �as a resident of rrand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> that he ie #h.e peraon named as the grantee in a certain deed given by A.S.Anderson to John I,.
<br /> Means, dated June 20th, 1872, and rec orded in Book "E" at .Page 3a of Deeds, of the rsc ords of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, wherein the said A.S.Anderson conveyed to affiant Lots Five (5) and Siz
<br /> (6), in Block Twenty �1ine (29}� of the original town, now city, of (�rand Island, Nebraska;
<br /> that he was well acquainted with the said A.S.Anderson and knowe that, at the time said deed
<br /> was giver� the said Anderson was a single man and that he was the game person named in the body
<br /> � of said deed as "Augustus S.Anderson" .
