The case coming up further to be hearc� deeree was rendered in favor of the p3aintiff againat the lot� six, senen and eight, finding for the plain- t3ff and ordering the lots to be sold. That no pleading �ras filed by the Baid Dohrn or de- fau�.t entered or decree rendered against him, the said Dohrn is the same person whose mortgage �hoRrn in Book 19 of mortgages at page 26 of the record6 in the Register of Deeds office Hall Co _ �Tebr.
