<br /> gage is recoxded in Book 31 of �'ortgage�, page 580 of the Records of Hall County, N�braska, and
<br /> bsars dat e the First day of May, A.D.1908 . is this day �xt ended t o the First day af May, A.D.1918 ,

<br /> upon the terms and conditions contained in �aid note and mortgage, eacept as to th�a tim� of the
<br /> payment of said �rincipal note or bond, all of which terma� cov�nants and canditions the said
<br /> �Vilhelm M�ier and Louise Meier eapr�ssly agree to complq with and perform. -
<br /> Th� interest to be paid �nnually at the rate of s3x per cent per annum and on all overdu�
<br /> r,rincipal and int�rest as provided in said mortgag�,

<br /> ments in said mortgage shall, at th� option of the legal holder thereof, and without notice,
<br /> t�rrainat� thie agreemen�, and said not� or bond and mortgage shall thereupon become due and
<br /> payable in all xe�pects as though this �xtension had not been granted. ,
