<br /> dated December 3rd, 1�Q6, and recorded in Book 37 of Deeds at Page 520, of the records of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, and Which deed conveped the remainder in said premiees� in fee,� sub�ect to
<br /> said life estate, to �artin Diefenderfsr, Ernest Diefenderfer and Sylvie Marshall.
<br /> That eaid Calvin Diefenderfer died at Beatrice, Nebraska, on the lOth day of October, 1912, that
<br /> he left no issue or e�idow surviving him, but did leave, ae his on2�( heirs at law, surviving him ;
<br /> the above named Mart3.n Diefenderfer ( affiant hsrein} and Ernest Diefenderfer� his brother�, and
<br /> Sylvie �arshall, hia sieter, they being the same persons to whom the fee simple ti�le in said
<br /> premisee �ae conveyed by the �abone named deed, subject to the life estate of the eaid Calvin
<br /> Diefenderfer therein. And furtlier affiant saith not.
