<br /> plaintiff appearing by Horth & Ryan, his attorneys, and the Court finde that said defendants ,
<br /> and each of them havs bean duly served with notice of the pendency of this action and t��at ,
<br /> �aid clefendants and ee�ch of them are in default for answer, demur or other pleadings and the '
<br /> default of said defendants and each of them is hereby taken and entered.
<br /> And this cause couiing on further to be heard upon the petition of the plaintiff and
<br /> t i1e evidence and the Court 'oeir� fully advieed in the prerraises, finds, that t�e alle�ations
<br /> of plaintiffs' netition are true. The Court further finds tilat the plaintiff is tha owner in
<br /> f�e simpls and is in actual �:ossession and occupancy of Lots 2Jumbered Nine (9) Eleven (11)

<br /> in �'rand Island, Hall Gounty, Nebraska; that plaintiff' s chain of tit�e to said premises is
<br /> derived from a ta� deed made, executec� acknowledged and delivered by the County Treasurer of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, �rith his official seal thareto attachec� conveying �aid premises to one
<br /> Edward �Pilliams, :vhich said deed is in due form of law and is eaecuted in conformity with the
<br /> laws of �he State of 2vrsbraska and that all la�s of the ctate of Nebraska, conditions precedent
<br /> to the egecutior�, acknoTRledgement and delivery of said tax deed were fullp and legally complied
<br /> :vith done and performed; that the defendant, Eir�r.�t:_. O.Foss, who was the owner of the fee
