<br /> her husband, conveyed all of their right, title, interest and estate in and to said Lot 4� of

<br /> ice of the Register of Deeda af said Caunty, the said Lauxa Alice �ilson Tuell and �infield Scott
<br /> Tuell, her husbandy Annie Florerce �Pilson Bowen and Eu�;ene Nells Roeven, her huBb.anc� Euu�ene �larren
<br /> 7�ilson and Ella �Pilson, hi� �vife, and Maurice � .�Pilson ard Era �ilson, his wife, conveyed to Carl
<br /> Elmo �ilsan all their right, title, interest ana sstate in and to Lot 3 of �Pilson's Subdivision
<br /> of a part of Section 3, in Township 11, North of Range 9, �test af the 6th Principal Meridian, in
<br /> I3a11 County, Nebraska, and that thsreby the said Carl. Elmo �filson became vested �vith all of the
<br /> right, title, interest and estate of the said Laura Alice �Pilson Tuell arci Winfield Scott Tuell�
<br /> her husband, Annie Florence �ilson Bowen ar�d Eugene �►ells Bowen, her husbar�c'� Eugene �arren �filson

<br /> The Court further finds that the instrumerrt so recorded in Book No.41 of deede at page 40
<br /> of the Deed Recoras of Hall County, Nebraska, casts a cloud upon the tit3e of the said A�aurice S.
<br /> �ilson ana Carl Elr��o Nilson to the said Lot 4� of �ilson' Subdivision and casts a clouci upon the

<br /> title of the said Carl Elmo 7Pilson ta said Lot 3 of Wilson' s Subdivision ar.d trat the plaintiffs
<br /> � have acquired by purchase fram the said �iau�ice S.�ilson and the said Carl E1mo �Pilsbn the title
<br /> to said Lots 3 and 4 of �ilson's Subdivisi�n and that said in$trunent so recorded in Baok 41, of
<br /> Deeds at page 40 of the Deed Recoras of Hall County, Nebxaska, cast� a cloud u��on the title, of
<br /> recard of the said rlaintiffs to eaid Lots 3 and 4 of �ilson' subdivision and that �laintiffe
<br /> are entitled t.o the relief prayed f or in their petition. -
<br /> It is, therefore , ordered, ad�udged and
<br /> decreed by the Court that the title of the plaintiffs 3n and to Lots Three (3) and Four (4} of
