<br /> APfiant Purther states that his mother, Bridget Smithtivick, who was, also, widow oP the said John
<br /> Smithwick, deceased, departed �his life on the 3rd day of' D�a,rch, 1903, and that ehe wag the �am�
<br /> person who, as Bridg�t Smithwick, took a life eatate in the premises above described under the
<br /> last will and teetament of the said John SmithwicK, deceased.
<br /> Af'�iant further statee that John B.Smithwick to v�hom Martin Smith�vick, one oP the heir� at law
<br /> and devisees oP the �aid John Smithwiek, decea�ed, conveyed hi� interest .in the above described
<br /> prerniaes by qui� claim deed r�corded in Book 37, at Page �45, of the Deed Record$ of Hall County,
<br /> N�braska, and to whom Honira Stewart and husb and conveyed an undivided one �ixth interest in the
<br /> prerni�es above described by deed recorded in �3ook �+3, at Page 249, of the Deed R�cords o2' Hall
