<br /> 191i, sold and conveyed to �eorge B.Bell the �Vest thirty nine feet of the Northeast quarter of
<br /> the Southeaet quarter of Section Seventeen (I7), in Township Eleven (11), Nort� of Rarge Nine
<br /> , (9}� �fest , in Fiall County, 2Jebraska, �vhich deed• is recorded in Book 46 of Deeds at Page 239, of
<br /> the Rscords of Hall County, TJeUraska� and which deed was signed and executed by the President
<br /> of this bank for a valuable consideration.
