<br /> in Book 27� page 352 on December 26, 1899, of the Deed Records of the said Hall County, 2debraska�
<br /> and recorded on the 15" day of January, 1900.
<br /> That � the $aid Robert �augh, grantae aforssaid, died seized of the said Lot Five in Hall .
<br /> County, Nebraska, on the 17" day of September, A.D,1900, intestate, a resident of�Brawn �County,
<br /> Kansas, leaving ae his sole and only heirs ��ie afore�aid William C.7Paugh, Mamie C.�augh, Sadie �
<br /> Ham�ton and Ola �iaugh� and Anna 7Paugh� his then wife or �idow, ha having married the said Anna
<br /> �Paugh after the death of hi� said wife Mary A.Aaugh, and pxior to his said death; and that there
<br /> was no issue of the said marria�;e between the said Robert �Paugh and the said Anna Waugh,
<br /> That the estate of the said Robert �faugh was probated in the said Bro�n County, Kansas, in
<br /> the probate Court of the said last named County.
<br />� That after the death of the said Robert �augh the said �il].iam C.�augh died on the 12" day

<br /> of March� 1904 intestate in tha City of Hiawatha, in the �aid County of Bro�rn and 3tate of Kaneas
<br /> and left as his sole and surviving heirs his wife Eva C.�Paugl� and one child Eva �1at�gh, she- the
<br /> said Eva �faugh- being the issue of the said �filliam C.�augh and his former wife Estella 7►au�h,
<br /> from whom he had been divorced prior to his marriage with the said Eva C.�Paugh.
<br /> That the said Ola �Paugh is the same and identical person who is mentioned as adminiatratrix
<br /> of the estate of �filliam C.�augh, deceased, and as grantee in one certain deed of the said Lot Fi -
<br /> to Anna �faugh, which deed is recorded in Book 38 of the Dsed Records of Hail County, Nebraska, � � ;
<br /> on Page 446, and dated October 3, 1906, and recorded October 5, 1906� and that the said Ola '�augh
<br /> is ths same and identical person who is mentioned es one of the heirs and daughters of the said
<br /> Robert �faugh in the transcri�t of the procedure in the Probate Court of Bro�m County, Kansas, I
<br />,� rec�rded in the office of the said County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska, in Bonk A�, page 209. . '

<br /> iheirs of the said Rabert �au�h as �P .C.�faugh, unmarried, in the said deed recorded in Book 27, pag
<br /> 352� of the Deed Recards of Hall County, Nebraaka, and dated December 26� 1899, and recorded
<br /> January 15, 190a, and the same and identical person narned as �Pilliam C.�augh in the deed from Ola
<br /> 7�augh, adrnini$tratrix� etc., to Anna �augh, recorded in said Aook 38, page 445� of the Deed
<br /> Records of Hall County, �Iebraska.
<br /> That the said Anna �taugh, widow of the said Robert Waugl� deceased, died on the 9" day

<br />' Detamore� the aforesaid Mamie C.�augh, and the said Ola �augh, the former no� and then living at
<br /> benver, Colorado, and the latter at Hiawatha, Kaneae, which will wae admi�ted to probate on the
<br /> 21" day of January, A.D.1909� in the Probate Court within and for the said Brown County, Kansas,
<br /> and that the said estate is no� bein� administered in the said last named �Court . _
