<br /> Trie Court further rinds upon the evidenee adduced that the defendant, regardless of his du�� as
<br /> a husband was gailty oP extreme cruelty to�axd the plaintl2'f rrithout any �ust cause oP provucation
<br /> as cha,rged in tne petition, that she, the plainti2'f, is a Prail woman and a2'flicted with organic
<br /> eart disease, that they were instructed by her p2�ysician to advoid all undue exeitement and irrit+-�
<br />�� atioa, mental as v�ell as �p�ysical, that the same Was necessary to be observed in order to protect
<br />'� - the heal�h and liPe oP the said plainti2'f, that he unlawY'u1.ly assaulted her with a revolver� anQ
<br /> threatened her liPe there�rith as charged in trie petition and also contrary to his marital duties
<br /> wiitully and cruelly associated witri o�her women contrary to the �riahes o2' the said plaint�t2' as
<br /> ,
<br /> charged in the petition and that thereby and by reason oP such cruel and inhuman treatment
<br /> endangered the liPe of the said plaintif2' as criarged in the petition, and that by reason thereoP
<br /> she is entitled to a di rce as prayed for.
