<br /> prior ta hi� death an inhabitant of the Coun�y of Nance in the State of Nebra�k.a, and. having,
<br /> while he lived, ana at the ti�e of his decease, estate within aur said County of Nance, to be ad-
<br /> � ministered; and whereas, at a session of the County Court, holden at Fullerton, in said County,
<br /> on the ei,�hth day of February, A.P. 1908, the last will and testament of said deceased ( a copy
<br /> wheroof is hereto annexed) , wa� duly cproved, approved, and allawed, wherein you are appointed
<br /> executor, and whereas, the po�:er of co�unittin� adnlinistration and full disposition of all and

<br /> $in�ular the goods, cha�tels, rights, credits, and e�tate whereof the said deceased died posses�e ,
<br /> in the State of Plebraska, and also the heaxin�, examinin� and allo�in� the account of such admin-
<br /> istra�ion doth a�pertain unto our said County Court ; and you having given a bor�in the premises,
<br /> �;hich has been duly �pproved ana filed as required '�y law in that behalf; �herefore, we bein�
<br /> clesiroua that the �oods, chattels, ri;hts, credit� and estate of said �estator may be well and
<br /> : faithfully adr�inistered, applisd and dis��osed of, do grant unto you, the said Fred M. Penney
<br /> fu11 pat�er, by these presants, to adm3nister and faithfully dis�ose of according to la.rr and the
<br /> will of said testator, all and cin�ul.ar the $oods, chattels, xights , credits and estate of said
<br /> deceased, within the State of Nebraska, �rhich shall at any time come to your possession, or to
