<br /> � second part desirea �o use that portion of the wall far building purposes. The party of the first
<br /> part may also put in and use auch other windows as �he desires in that portion of said wall dur-
<br /> ing said time. This con�ract sha11 be binding upon the res�ective pe�rties, their heirs, executor , �
