<br /> AGREEMENT FOR �tARRANTY DEED: ARTICLES OF A�REEI,�ENT, made this llth day of November in the year
<br /> of our Lord Cne Thousand N�ne Hundred and Nine between Charlea Rroutwick, party of the first
<br /> part , and Harttey P. Thompson, party of the seco d part , Witneaseth, that the said party�of the
<br /> first part hereby covenant$ and agrees that if he party of the second part shall firet make t:he
<br /> payment and perform the covenants hereinafter m ntioned on his part to be m�de and performed,
<br /> the said party of the first part will convey an assure to the party�6f the secand part, in fee
<br /> simple, clear of all encumbrances whatsoever, b �ood and sufficient Warranty Deed the following
<br /> lot, �iece and �arcel of ground, viz: Lot numb r two (2) in Cottage Place Addition to Grand
<br /> Islanc�., Nebraska. And the said party of the se ond part hereby covenants and agrees to pay to
<br /> the said party of the first part , the sum of Fi teen Hundred and no-00 Dollars in the manner fol-

<br /> lowing �Two Hundred and no-00 Dollars , caah in h nd paid, the receipt �hereof is hereby acknoWlad-

<br /> ged, and ths balance of Thir�een Hundred and no 00 Dollars (1300 00) To be paid in monthly pap-
<br /> ments of Fifteen Dollars (�15 00) each, said pa ents to be made on the first day of each
<br /> � consecutive month and the first of these paymen s to be made on the first day of December, 19C�.
<br /> It is further agreed that the party of the econd part may pay One Hundred Dollars or more at
<br /> any interest peyment date, v��3th interest at the rate of 7 per centum per annum, payable, semi-
<br /> annually on the whole sum remaining from time to time unpaid, and to ?�ay all ta$es, assessments,
<br /> or impositions that may be legally levied or imnosed upon said land, subsequent to the year
<br /> 1910. And in case of failure of_ the said party of the second part to make either of the papments
<br /> � or to perform any of the covenants on his part;- hereby made and enter�d into, this contract she� ll
<br /> at the option of the party of the firet part , be forfeited and determined, and the party of the
<br /> Isecond part shall forfeit all payments by him on �his contraet and such payments shall be re-
<br /> tained by the said party of the first �art in full satisfaction of all damage� by him sustained,
<br /> and he shall have the right to re-enter and take possession of the said premises aforesaid.
<br />' It is mutually a�reed that all the covenants and a�reements herein contained shall eatend to
<br /> and be obligatory upon the heirs, e$ecutors, administratora and assi�ns of the respeetive
<br /> parties. In lpitness �9hereof, the parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and
<br /> seals, the day and year first above written.
