The Petitioner was present�r 1 ;'`� <br />� in Court, represented by Todd V. Elsbernd, his attorney, and the Respondent was not present nor <br /> - represented by counsel; evidence was taken and the Court being fully advised in the premises, <br /> FINDS, ORDERS,ADJUDGES AND DECR�ES as follows: <br /> 1. 'That the Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this action. <br /> 2. That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably broken and that reconciliation attempts <br /> have failed and that the marriage is hereby dissolved. <br /> 3. The real estate located at 7250 Sky Park Road, Grand Island,NE 68801 and tegally <br /> described on the attached Exhibit A, is hereby quieted in the Petitioner. Petitioner shall hold the <br /> Respondent harmless from any sum due and owing and duly perfected against said real property. <br /> 4. Each party shall keep the personal effects now in their respective possession,and the <br /> automobiles,household goods and furnishings shall be quieted in the Petitioner. <br /> 5. The parties shall file a separate 1997 Federal and State Income Tax Return,and if any <br /> taxes aze due as a result of the filing of such returns, each party shall be responsible for his or her <br /> payment. <br /> 6. The court costs and attorneys fees shall be paid by each party. <br /> 7. This Decree of Dissolution is final thirty days after the decree is rendered or on the <br /> date of the death of one of the parties,whichever occurs first, except for purposes of appeal and for <br /> the following reasons only: <br /> (a) For purposes of remarriage,this decree becomes final and operative six months <br /> after the decree is rendered or on the date of death of one of the parties to the dissolution,whichever <br /> -1- <br /> ���O���u <br />
