<br /> narne of J. W. Kern, took title to a nart of s3id Blocrc 6 by cleed from Henry B. rrumbina and wife

<br /> Hall County, rdebra�ka, an1 knows him to be the same person, who, in the name of John �P. Kern,
<br /> transferrecl said pronerty by deed aated �Viay 20, 1881, to H. Nelson, which deed is recorded in
<br /> Book K. of deeds at pa�e 176 of the rscorcla of Hall County, Nebraska, and further states thst he �
<br /> �ae� xre11 acquainted with the wife of said John �. Kern, who �oined in saici above deed, as �ranto ,

<br /> and knorrS that her correct name was "Lovena" A Kern, not withstanding that she,,described iri said
<br /> deed as "Lovina" .A. Kern. Affiant further state� that he was well acc�uainted with one H. Nelson
<br /> who purchased a part of the nro�erty descyibed in the caption of this affidavit from John W. Kern by �
<br /> a warr�nty deed dated I�iay 2�, 1881, and recorded in Book K, of Deeda, at nage 176 of the records
<br /> of Ha11 County, Ne�raska, and also purch3sed a part of said �aremises from Henry H, Russell by
<br /> deed dated May 20, 1881, r�rhich deod is recorcied in Book �{. of Deeds, at page 175 of the recorc�s
