<br /> THIS AGREEP��ENT entered into by and between the rrand Tsland Electric Company, of the City
<br /> - of Grand Island, Nebraska, party of the first part , and_ �l. S. Berrier, of the said city and

<br /> stdte, party of the second �ar� , in consideration of the covenants and a�reements hereinafter
<br /> I to be perfor�ed by the said party of the seoond ?�art , the said Party of the firat part hereby
<br /> sells, conveys and deliv�rs to the said �arty of the second part one certain motor No. 154497-
<br /> 7� Amp. 3 Phase, type 1, 3 H.P. , 1800 F�.P.:,i. , 220 Vol� , 60 Cy, now situate on the �resterly
<br /> forty-t:lrea (�3) feet of Lot ttvo (2) in block forty-fou-r (44) , being No. 213 East Fourth Street,
<br /> { in the originaT tovm, no��� cit;r of Grand Island, fronting on Fourth Street . �he said party of
<br /> the f irst part retaining all ri�ht , t it le and o��vnershi�a therein and therato until full payment
<br /> of this contract i� rr,ade and had on the part of the said party of the second �art . And also
<br /> reserve� the right , upon a failure to pay strictly at the dates herein named as herein pro�vided i
<br /> by the said second party, to enter the said premises and re�ove the sar�e therefrom. In consid-
<br /> era�ion of the fore�oing, the said party of the second part hereby accepts the terms and condi- +
<br /> tions of tha aforesaid contract on th� part of the s�ia party of the first part , and agrees to

<br /> � purchase and pay for tha aforesaid motor the su��� of Eighty-four& 05-100� (�84 65) in payments
<br /> as follows to-���it : Ten Dollars (�`�10 00) �er v�reek on and during each and every week until the
<br /> ` whola of the said amount is naid; the first p�sym�nt to be made on �uesday the 20th day of
<br /> April, 1909, to-vrit , on the date of the execution of this instrument , without interest if paid
<br /> dvhen due . If not paid when due, to dra�a interest at the rate of teri ?�er cent . per annum, if the
<br /> party of the first �art elocts to continue this con�ract aftex payment becomes due, but not
<br /> otherwi�e . Time is hereby made the essence of this contract, and strict payment and performance
<br /> thereof is hereby agreed to by and between the said parties a� a part of the consideration
<br /> hereof. �
