<br /> WHEREAS, by Mortgage dated the 2nd day of November, 1970 and recorded in the Register's Office of Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> of record under Book 153, Page 5, LeRoy C. Peyton and Marcella A. Peyton, husband and wife, each in his and her own right and
<br /> each as the spouse of the other mortgaged real estate described therein, for the purpose of securing the payment of an indebtedness
<br /> also described therein; and
<br /> WHEREAS,all of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage has been paid in full, and there is nothing due of owing in �
<br /> connection therewith: l.ot Four(4),B�ock Two(2),Westerhot'�'s Second Subdivision,being a resubdivision of
<br /> the South Half of Blocks Three(3)and Four(4),and the North Half of Blocks Five(5)and Six(6),

<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, Union Planters Bank, N.A.,as owner of the indebtedness
<br /> secured by said Mortgage, acknowledges full payment and satisfaction thereof and does hereby release and discharge
<br /> the lien to secure same in full.
