<br /> and on the same• day filed a petition praying for the probate of said last will and testament.

<br /> � . tition and �.irecting that a notice be �;iven by the publication of said order in the ADAMS

<br /> 1807, Letters Testamentary were i�sues� to the said Elmer Sims , �ho thereupon entered upon his
