<br /> estate had waived 'notice of the filing of gaid report and petition and asked the court to approve �

<br /> a1.1 respeats correct and th�t it should be approved ae the final report of said adminiatrator.
<br /> The Court further finds that said administrator has ga3d all of the debta and Ql+�im$ a�ainat
<br /> said estate, including the coats of adminis�ration, and ae ehown by the proofs on fiie, herein,
<br /> due 'and legal notice, as by law and order of thie court required, has been given to all cred3tore to
<br /> file their clafms against said estate; that the tim� fixed therein hae exgi.red, and that any
<br /> and all other cred�.tors who have failed to fi.le their said claims within the time bp said order a d
<br /> notice required ar� forouea� barred and grecluded from filing same or making any alaim again� sai
<br /> estate or ita proTerty and said claims are barred. The cour� �urther finde that the said de-
<br /> ceased died seized of the South Half of the North Eaet Quarter of Section thirty-one in Township :' ,
