<br /> � Jacobs,admin3strator of said estate,and his petition for a settlemerit thereof, and it appearing
<br /> from the proof on file,that du� and 1ega1 notice,as by this court required,had been published and �
<br /> given to all pers�ons interested therein,of the filing of said report and petition,an,d after a ful
<br /> examination of said report and account,the court finds that the same is in �11 reep.ects eorreet,
<br /> and should be a11ojA�ed and approved The Caurt finde that notice was given creditors in the mannar _
<br /> pravided by law of the tine limited �and plaee appointed for filin� elaims against said estate and
<br /> that said time ��as fulZy expired. The Court further finds that all the debts of eaid estate hav
<br /> been fully paid, except �he balance of the elaim of June T.Jacobs and Barney Jacsobs,�ho have file .
<br /> herein a release €;nd receipt ,in full therefor;�hat a11 other costs and debts have been paid by
<br /> said administrator,and that there remains no balance in his hands for dietribu�ion.

<br /> Jacobs,Sidney Jacobs and Barney Jacobs,and as heirs at law of �aid Kate Jacobs,deceased,they eaeh
<br /> of them took and undivided one-sixth ( 1�6 ) interest in said real estate,upon the d�ath of their _
