<br /> make and publish this my last wi11 and testament in manner and form following,that is t� say:

<br /> I �ive and dev�.se th� fnllowing describ�ad loremises to-wit:- The East 1�2South West 1�4 Section 2�+
<br /> Ttvon 10 range 11 in Hal�. County Nebraska,tenements and appurtenanees to my beloved husband. Fritz
<br /> Tamsen to have and to hold to him during his natural life and after his death Z give and devise�
<br /> the remainder of said land to my son-in-law Henry Schroed�r the husband of my only child Babette
<br /> to have and to hold to him the said H�nry Schroeder and to his heirs forever.

<br /> I give and bequeath to Henry Schroeder my said s�n-in-law a11 the p�rsonal property of whieh I
