<br /> Scshroeder,executor af th� Last �,�i11 and Testament of Fritz Tamsen,deceased,and it �atisPaatorily
<br /> appear�.n� to me from the proof noti� on file,that al1 persons inter.�sted in said estate have been
<br /> duly notified as required by las�r,and no one appearing to ob�ect to or protest against the allo�vana
<br /> of said account and it further appea:Pin� to the Court,after a full examination of said aceount ,
<br /> that same is correct and ou�;ht t� be approved and allo�xred,3.t is therefore,ordered.,ad�udged and _
<br /> deereed that, the re��?ort of Henry Schroeder exeeutor,be and the same �s herehy approved and allowed
<br /> as and for hia final account and he is dischar�ed of his tru�t and his bond releas�d.
<br /> The Court finds that notiee was given all ereditors by publiaation and by po�ting,as required by
<br /> the former order of this Court,of the time allowed and �lace appointed for filling claims against
<br /> said �state;that said time haa #'ully expired;that all claims filed against said estate have been
<br /> , fu11y paid and satisfied;that a11 elai�ns against said estate not presented within the time allowed
<br /> if any there be,are forever barred and exeltzded.
<br /> It is,thercfor�,ordered that a11 persons are forever barred from filing or setting up any claims
<br /> against �aid eetate. The Court findg that the ssid Fritz Tamsen was at the ti�e of his death,the
<br /> owner of the Following deseribed real estate. in the County of Hall and State of Nebraeka.to-wit:-

<br /> West of the 6th P.M. The aourt finds that th� said �'ritz Tamsen departed this lif� on the 23rd day
<br /> of Apri1,19�7,leaving a last wil? and testament,whieh instrument was admitt�d to probate in the �
<br /> Caurt on the 16th day of �tay �.907,and t�hich was in words and fi�ures a� foll.o�vs:
<br /> " In th� Nar.le of Go� Amen. I, Fxitz, Tamsen of Ha11 County,State of Nebraeka,being of sound mind
<br /> and memory and considerin� the uncertainty of this mortal life,do make and publish this my la�t
<br /> W311 and testament in manner and form follouring that is to say; � Firstt-- I hereby direct that my
<br /> funeral ex�enaes,th� expenses of my last .s3ekness and all my �ust debts be paid out of my personal
<br /> property. Seconds- I give and devise to my beloved ��rife Catherine Tams�n all the Real Eetate of

<br /> Fourth:- I hereby give and bequeath to my afor�sa�.d son-inla� Henry Schroeder all� the personal
<br /> roperty of every kind snd de�cription,of which I die possessed,after first paying therefrom the
<br /> xpences mentioned in the f�.rst itern of this my last �uill and te�tament; to have and to hold to h
<br /> the said H�nry Schrosder forever. Fifth:- I hereby appoint my aforesaid son-inlaw Henry Schroeder
