<br />� Fred J. Pahl, Admini�trator of the Estate o� Anna Stark, deceased, and it appearing to the
<br /> sat�.sfaotion of the court that a11 persons interested in e�id e�tate have baen duly no`�ti�'ied by '
<br /> publiaation of the filing of �aid report and of the t�m,e and place fixed for hearing thereon, and
<br /> no one appearing to ob�ect, �nd it further appearing to the court, after a fuli examination, that ,

<br /> of the time a11o.ti�red and place appointed for filing elaims; that the time allowed has fully expired
<br /> 'that all alaims filed and allowed have b�en paid; that all elaims not filed, if any there be, are

<br /> forever ,barred �.nd exeluded. It 1s, therefore, Oonsidered that all persons are barred from filing

<br /> The court finds that ths said AnnA Stark left surviving her as her heirs at law t�e following

<br /> named persons: �lilhelm �tark, a son,� and Anna Peter�en, Carrie �destphal, l�alter Petersen, OsWald
<br /> Peterean, Susan Petersen, 5amuel Petersen, Junior, and John Petersen, ehildren of Carol�.ne Peterse
<br /> a daughter of the deceased who departed this 13fe before the death of aaid Anna Stark.
<br /> The court finds that the �,aid Anna Stark was,at the time of her death, the owner of the following
<br /> described real e�tate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: Lot 6, B1ook �1
<br /> in the Original To`�rn, now City, of Grand Island, and that under the laws of tha State of Nbbraska,
<br /> the �aid real estat� did pass and deseend at her de�th, inteetate, as follows: one undiv�dQd hal�
<br /> intexest to Wilhelm Stark and one undivided half interest to Anna Petersen, Carrie We�tpahl,�fslter

<br /> Peteraen, 0$Wald Petersen, Suean Petersen� Junior and Jahn Petersen, to have and ta: hold to them
<br /> and their heirs �nd assigns forever. It is, therefore, ,Considered, that Lot 6, in Blocic �1, in the
