<br /> lupon Annie J. Smi�Gh, �'ormerly Annie J. Noian, daughter of the deeea�ed, and David Aakerman, a
<br /> bonded ab�tractor, �ere sworn and examined. On Qonsideration �rhereo� I find that Mark W. Nolan
<br /> departed thi� life, interstate, .on the 22 day of October, 1579; that he left survivin� him the
<br /> following named versons as his only heirs at law: ANN NOLAN,h�e widow, and JOSEPH F.2dOLAN,
<br /> � WZI,LIAM H. NOLAN and ANNIE J. NOZ,AN, his cshildren; that the said Adark W. Nolan was at the time
<br /> ( of his de�th the own�r o�' the followin� described real estate situate in the County of Hall and
<br /> � State of Nebraska, to—wit: The North Eas� Quarter of the ldorth Ea$t Quaxter ( N.E.1�� oPN.E.l�4)
<br /> of Seetion 23, in Township 10, In Range 12, and that under the Iaws of the State of Nebraek�,
<br /> said real es�ate did pass and descend at his death to the �aid Joseph F. Nolan, W�11iam H. Nolan
<br /> and Annie J. Nolan, to have and to hold to them and their heirs and ausigns forever, sub�eat to
<br /> the homeatead snd dower rights oF Ann Nolan, w�.dow of deaeaz�ed.
<br /> The aourt finds that Ann Nolan vras granted letters of administrat3on on eaid estate on the 6th
<br /> day of January, 1��0; that she departed this life without ha�ing f�u.liy administered said estate,
<br /> �hat 1e�ters of administration were not aoYrnnited to any other person on tr�e estate of Mark W.
<br /> � Nolan; �hat no alaims of any nature were filed againet said ��tate; that no ereditor of the said
<br /> Mark W. Nolan has ever applied for Letters of Administration upon his estate, and that, therefore
<br /> a11 claim� against the said Mark W. Nolan, if any there were, are forever barred. _
<br /> Tt 3s, therefore, Considered by the Court that all olaims against the astate oF Mark W�. �lolan,
<br /> I deeeased, are fo�ever barred and exaluded, �h�t the estate is fully settled and alosed and tha�
<br /> lthe North Esst quarter of the North East Quarter of Se�tion 23, Town�hip 10, Range 12,We�t of the
