<br /> Now on the 25th day of July, 1�07, this cause came for hearing , having ad�ourned
<br /> �"rom the 22 ins�. upon the final repdrt of Oharles S. Jobe, Adm�nietrator, and it satisfac�orily
<br /> appearin� to me, from the proof now on P31e, that a11 persona interested in said egtate have .been
<br /> duly not�.fied b�r publiaation, and no one appearing to ob�ect to or protest aga�nst the allowanoe
<br /> oP said aacoun�C, whereupon, after a fu11 examins�tion, the csourt finde t�at the aaaount of the said

<br /> Administration is correet in a11 respeats and ought to be approved and allo�red. .
<br /> ( It i�, therefore, Ordered, Ad�udged and Decreed that the aacount of the ssid Charles S. Jobe,
<br /> � Adminietrator of the estate of Simeon C. Jobe, deceased�. be and the same ie hereby allowed and
<br /> - ap�roved ae and �'or his final aacount and he is d�.scharged of hi� tr�st and his bond cancelled.
<br /> Thd aourt find� that the said Admini�trator ha� reaeived from all sourees the sum o� �3073.�+,
<br /> €�nd has paid the eosts of adminiet�ation, the widow�s allowance, and all elaims allowed against �
<br /> the estate in the sum of �12�2.61 and has distributed among the heirs of the deceased the eum of
<br /> �1790.�3, leav�.ng nothing in h�.s hands. The aourts finds that cred3.tors of said esta�e were, by
<br /> ! former order, allowed six manths f'rom the 15th day of Apr�.1, 1906, in which to present their
<br /> elaims a�;ainst said estate; that due notice vaaa given all persons in the manner provided by law
<br /> of the time allowed and place appo3nted for presenting claima; � that the time so allowed ha� fu�.ly '�'
<br /> � e�ired; that all claims f�.1ed and allowed have been �'ully paid and diseharged; that all elaims
<br /> and demands not preeented are forever barred.
<br /> It i�, therefore, Considered tr,at a11 cslaims again�t tP�a estate of Simeon C. Jobe, deceased, not
<br /> filed within tr,e time allowed are forever barred. The Qourt finds that the said Simeon C. Jobe
<br /> le�t surviving him as his heirs at law, and h3.s only heirs at law, the following named pereons,:
<br /> �iahala P. Jobe, hi� widow, and prisoilla Niohols, Hattie J. �ob�l, �harles S. Jabe, Nettle Tobias:,
<br /> Walter E. Jobe, Ruth Jobe and Amos Jobe, his children. The court finds that �he said Simeon 0.
<br /> J�be; �a�, at the time of his death the owner of the following described real estate ac�.tuate 3n. t�e �,
<br /> Gounty of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The South Weat Quarter of Seation T�enty-five ( 2g �,
<br /> in Township Eleven ( 11�), Range Eleven (il ), and that under the laws of the Ste�te of �tebraeka �ll
<br /> of the said real estate did pa$� and descend at h�.s death to the above named Priscilla Niohol�,
<br /> Hattie J. Jobe, Charles S. Jobe, Nettie Tob3a�, Wa�.�er E. Jobe, Ruth Jobe and Amos Jobe, to have
<br />� and to hold to them and their heire and assigns forever, �ub�ect to the homeatead and dower right�
<br /> of Mahala P. Jobe, the w�dow, therein.
