The aourts finds that cred3.tors of said esta�e were, by <br /> ! former order, allowed six manths f'rom the 15th day of Apr�.1, 1906, in which to present their <br /> elaims a�;ainst said estate; that due notice vaaa given all persons in the manner provided by law <br /> of the time allowed and place appo3nted for presenting claima; � that the time so allowed ha� fu�.ly '�' <br /> � e�ired; that all claims f�.1ed and allowed have been �'ully paid and diseharged; that all elaims <br /> and demands not preeented are forever barred. <br /> It i�, therefore, Considered tr,at a11 cslaims again�t tP�a estate of Simeon C. Jobe, deceased, not <br /> filed within tr,e time allowed are forever barred. The Qourt finds that the said Simeon C. Jobe <br /> le�t surviving him as his heirs at law, and h3.s only heirs at law, the following named pereons,: <br /> �iahala P. Jobe, hi� widow, and prisoilla Niohols, Hattie J. �ob�l, �harles S. Jabe, Nettle Tobias:, <br /> Walter E. Jobe, Ruth Jobe and Amos Jobe, his children. The court finds that �he said Simeon 0. <br /> J�be; �a�, at the time of his death the owner of the following described real estate ac�.tuate 3n. t�e �, <br /> Gounty of Hall and State of Nebraska, to-wit: The South Weat Quarter of Seation T�enty-five ( 2g �, <br /> in Township Eleven ( 11�), Range Eleven (il ), and that under the laws of the Ste�te of �tebraeka �ll <br /> of the said real estate did pa$� and descend at h�.s death to the above named Priscilla Niohol�, <br /> Hattie J.
