<br /> see fit. It ie further expressly stipulated that, iP tY�e aseignors, or their successora, occupy
<br /> said premises during the existence of s�.id loan, the Assignee aha,ll h�.ve the s�.me righta of for-
<br /> feiture, e,�ectment for forcible entry and detainer, as �uch assignee might have against any other

<br /> purpose of makin�; such repAirs upon the premises as, in its �udgment, may be proper and may use
<br /> r�aid renta so Par t�s necessary for the payment of insurance premiums and taxes upon said premises.
