<br /> co mp any ie en�a�;ed in the furniture and undertakin� business at Grand Island,Nebr aska.
<br /> That he was well and persona,lly acquainted with Jennie M.Young who acquired title to said Lot 9 by
<br /> Warranty Deed recorded in Book 7 at Pa�e 569 of the deed record$ of Hall County,Nebrsska,and whose
<br /> eetate was probated in the County Court of Hall County,Nebr�,ska.
<br /> That he was also well and personally acquainted with Israel W.Young ,hu�band oP said Jennie M.Young,
<br /> and that he positively knowe that the said Israel 1�. Young departed this life July 4,1911.
<br /> That the remains of said Israel ��.Youn� were cared far by said Geddes and Company and were interre�
<br /> in the Grand Island Cemetery on July 5 ,1911. '
