<br /> Nebraeka, it� authorized agents and attorneys, to act for us and rent the above described premises,
<br /> and in our place eollect and receipt Por said rent, �.t such prices and upon such terms as it may
<br />� see fit. It is further expreasly stipulated that, iP the assignor�, or their succeasors, occupy
<br /> said premises durin� the existence of said loan, the Asaignee shall have the same rights of for-
<br /> feiture, e�ectment for forcib�.e entry and detainer, as such assignee might have against any other
<br /> tenant, who has no interest or titl.e in and to said premises. The temporary waiver of the colleet-
<br /> ion of the rents shall not be construed as constituting a relinquishment of the rights granted
<br /> hereunc�er, which rights may be exercised at any time during the existence of the above mentioned
