<br /> �.nd in our place collect and receipt for said rent, at such pricea and upon such terme as it may
<br /> �ee Yit. It is further expreasly stipulated that, if the assignors, or their euccessors, �oecupy
<br /> aaid premises durin�; the existence of said loan, the Assignee shall have the eame rights of for-
<br /> fe�tur�, e,�ectment for forcible entry and detainer, as such assignee might have against any other
<br /> tenant, who has no interest or title in and to said premises. The temporary waiver of the collect-
<br /> ion of the rents shall not be cons�rued ae constituting a relinquiahment of the rights granted
<br /> hereunder, whieh rights may be exercised at any time during the existence of the above mentioned ;
<br /> mortgage, or ext�=nsion thereof.
<br /> � This assi�nment of rent being made for the express purpose of having said revenue applied to the
<br /> rep�.yment oP the above mentioned loan.

<br /> purpose of making such repairs upon the premises a.s, in its ,judgment, may be proper and may use
<br /> s�.id rents so far as necessary Por the payment of insurance premiums, and taxes upon said �remiees,
<br /> It shall �.lso have authorlty to deduct from said rents a fair compensation, to be payable to
<br /> . said Association 's Agen�:�, for services rendered in the colleetion of said rents ; the balance to
<br /> be applied upon �he payment of monthly installmenta upon said loan.
