<br /> of eixty-six years in Hall County, Nebraska, and was buried in the Grand Island cemetery and that
<br /> said affla.nt �a�,s one of the pallbearers at said funeral and knows said Joseph �G.Cordell who was
<br /> one of. the �wners of the above-described real estate, to have been the said Joseph W. Cordell who
<br /> died on July 30, 1932, and at whase funeral sa�d affiant was in attendan�e.
<br /> APfian� further states that on the morning of July 30, 1932, a.t about 9:45 A.M. Glen Cordell•, the
<br /> son of said Joseph W.Cordell, came to my home and told me that his Pather had lePt their home
<br /> at about 5 o 'clock that morning with a gun and he and his mother, Na nnie V.Cordell, were unable to

<br /> referred to a mortgage executed by Daniel W.Hillings and Frances Irene Billings , husband and wiPe�
<br /> to Ida L.Thompson, vrhich martg��ge nras given on date of August 31, 1.925 and recorded on date oP
<br /> September 2, z925 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 57 of
<br /> the Mor�gage Records at Pa�e �+�0 tnereof; t'r:at affiant, together with Grace Trout and John Weist

<br /> owners thereof that the only mortgage on said premises was the mortgage above rePerr�d to.
<br /> Affiant furthe.r atates that she v��as well acquainted with the grantees to the deed above referred
<br /> to, which deed was filed for record i�. the office of the Register of Deeds oP Ha1Z County,Nebraska,
<br /> in Book 70 of Deede at Page l�-5 thereof, and that she knows of her oern knowledge that both Harvey
<br /> L.Doxsee and Anna Doxsee are both decea$ed; the said Harvey L.Doxaee having died on or about the
<br /> 26th da�r of June, 1936 at Grand Island, Nebraska, and the said Anna Doxsee having died on or
