<br /> and in their place collect and receipt for said rent,at such prices and upon euch terms as it
<br /> may see fit. It is furthex expressly stipulated that�if the assi�nors,or their successors,occupy
<br /> said premises durir� the existence of said loan,the Assi�nee shall have the same rights of for-
<br /> feiture,ejectment for forcible entry and detainer,as such assi�nee mi�ht ha,ve a�ainst any other
<br /> tenant,who has no interest or title in and to said premises. The temporary waiver of the collect-
<br /> ion of the rents ahall not be construed as conatitutin� a relinquishment of the ri�hts granted
<br /> hereunder,which righte may be exercised at any time durin� the� eaistence of the above mentioned

<br /> 9aid Association may,in its discretion,use the rents so far as it may deem necessaxy,for the pur-
<br /> pose of nlaking such repairs upon the premises as,in ite judgment ,may be proper and may use aaid
<br /> rents so far a� necessary for the pa�rme�� of' insur�,nce premiume and taxes upon said premises. It
<br /> ehall:�a�ao have authority to deduct firom said rents a fair compensation,to be payable to said
<br /> Association �s A�ents,for services rendered in the collectior� of said rente;the balance to be
<br /> applied upon the payment of monthly installments upon said loan.
