Such insurance may be plFxced by the PRUDENTIAL in such amounts, in such <br /> companiea, and in .such and sa many kinde oP insurance ag the PRUDENTIAL may deem neceseary. The <br /> O�d�TER hereby authori2es the FRUDENTIAL in its discretion to arrange for riders or elauses to be <br /> added to existing insurance v�hich vrill protect the PRUDEPITIAL, and/or its �Ianagin� Agent. To arrange for the employment of such persons as in the opinion oP the Prudential are necessa�'y <br /> for the proper operation oP the mortgaged premises, at such wa�es or salaries and on such terms oP <br /> employment as the PRUDEN�IAL may in its discretion decide, euch employeea, h��rever, to be emplvyees <br /> oP the 09�TdER and not of the PRUDENTIAL. <br /> 6.
