<br /> Leasee covenants not to make or suffer any use or occupancy of the premises contrary to any law
<br /> or ordinance now or hereafter in force.
<br /> Leasee covenants, at the expiration or determination o� the tenancy, to yield up p�ssession in
<br /> accord�.nce W�ith the covenants her°ein contained.
<br /> Lessee coven�.nts not to as�ign this 1.ease or incumber the same without leesore ' consent in writing;,
