<br /> �nd in my place collect and receipt for said rent,at such prices and upon such terms as it maq see
<br /> fit, It is further expre�s3.y stipulated that,if the a.ssignors ,or their successors ,oecupp said prem-
<br /> ises during the eaistence of said loan,the Aesignee shall have the same rights of forfeiture,
<br /> e�ectment for forcible entry and detainer,as such assignee mi�ht have against any other t�nant,who
<br /> has no interest or title in and to said premises. The temporary waiver of the collection of the
<br /> rents shall not be construed as constituting a relinquiehment of the rights granted hereunder,which
<br /> ri�ht$ may be exerciaed at a.ny time during the exi�tence of the above mentioned mortgage or extens�
<br /> ion thereof. .
<br /> This as�ignment of rent being made for the express pur�oae of having said revenue a,pplied to the
<br /> r�payrnent of the above mentioned loan.
<br /> Said Association may,in it� discretion,use the rents so far as it may deem necessary,for t he purpos��
<br /> of making auch repairs upon the premi$es as,in its �udgment,may be proper and may use said rents so
<br /> far ae necessary for the payment of insuranoe premiums and taxes upon said pr�mises. It �shall also
<br /> , have suthority to deduct fram said rents a fair compensation,to be payable to said Association�s
<br /> Agents,for services xendered in the collection° of said rents;the balance to be applied upo.n the
<br /> payment of monthly inatallments upon said loan.
