<br /> and in our place collect and receipt f'or said rent, at such prices and �pon auch terme as it may
<br /> see fit. It is Purther expressly atipulated that, if the assignors, or their succeesors, occ�tpy
<br /> �aid premises during the existence of said Ioan, the Assignee shall have the same rights of for-
<br /> feiture, e,�ectment for Porcible entry and detainer, as such assignee�°might have againet any other
<br /> tenant, who has no interest or title in and to said premises. The temporary waiver of the collect-
<br /> ion of the rents shall r�ot be conetrued as conetituting a relinquishment oP the rights granted
<br /> hereunder, �rhich ri�ht$ may be exerc�,sed at any �ime during the existence of the above mentioned -

<br /> Said As�ociation may, in ita discretion, use the rents so far as it may deem necessary, Yor the
<br /> purpose of making such rep�irs upon the premises as, in its ,�judgment, r�ay be proper and may use
<br /> said rents so Par as neceesary for the payment of insurance pre�iums and taxes upon sald premises.
