<br /> see fit. It ie Purther expressly stipulated that, if the as�ignor�, or their successors, occupy
<br /> s�,id premisea durin� the existence oP said Ioan, the Assi�nee shall have the same righta of for-
<br /> Peiture, e,�ectment for Porcible entry and detainer, as such assignee might have against any other

<br /> ion oP the rents shall not be construPd as constituting a relinqulahment of the rights granted
<br /> hereunder, whlch rights may be exercised at any time during the existence of the above mentioned
