<br /> Lessor shall Purnish approved heating and lighting fixtures, plumbing and toilet facilities, the
<br /> necessary , �;as, v�rater arid electric meters; eatisfactory water. The Lessor shall keep the, s�id
<br /> heating and lighting fi�tures, plumbing and toilet facilit�es, � in satisfactory repair and condi-
<br /> tion during the term of this lease. `
<br /> 7. The Lessor shall, unless herein specified to the contrary, maintain the said premise� in good
<br /> repair a.nd tenaritable condition during the continuance of this Iease, except in case of damage
<br /> - arising from tYie act or the negligence of the Governm�nt ' � agents or employees. For the purpose
<br /> of so rnaintainin� the premisea , the Lessor reserves the right at reaeonable times to enter and
<br /> inspect the premises and to make any necessary repairs to the building.
