<br /> and in their place collect and receipt for said rent, at such prices and upon such terms as it may
<br /> see fit. It is Purther expressly stipulated that, if the a��ignors, or their succeesors, occupy ,
<br /> said premisPS during �he existence of said loan, the Assignee shall have the same rights of for-
<br /> feiture, e3ectment for forcible entry and detainer, as such as�ignee--might have again�t any other
<br /> tenant, v�ho h�.s no interest or title in a_nd to �aid premises. The temporary walver of the collectYon
<br /> of the rentg shall not be constru ed as con,tituting a relinquishment of the rights granted here-
