<br /> '�IATTENANCE AND UPKEEP:
<br /> Leasor covenanta and agreea to ma,intain, at its exper�ee, in good condition and repair the build3.ngje,
<br /> improvements, structures, and ot�er property hereby leaeed. Should said premisea, or any portion
<br /> thereof, be destroyed or so damaged by fire or other caeualty ae to become unfit for occupancy or
<br /> use, Lessor shall have sixty (60) days aPter notice from LeBaee so to do within arhich to repair,
<br /> rebuild or replace the damaged or destroyed property. The rent herein reserved ahall abate from
<br /> the time said p�,emisee are so rendered unfit for occupancy or use until the neaessary repair$ or '
