<br /> 6.The PRUDENTIAL reserves to i�self the right to foreclose the aforesaid mortgage at anq time here--
<br /> after,when a default ahall exist and this instrument ahall in no wise operate to affect ,impair or
<br /> diminish the rights granted to the PRUDENTIAL under the aforesaid mortgage snd note. It is,under-
<br /> stood and agreed by the O�PIdER that if,in the diBCretion of the PRUDENTIAL,it becomes necesearp for
<br /> the la,tter to begin foreclosure proceedings,the PRUDENTIAL ehall remain in possession of the mort—
<br /> gaged premises and shali exercise all the powers granted to it bq this a�reement,if it so desiree�.
<br /> until such tiae as the purchaser at foreclosure sale shall be entitled to take posseseion of the
<br /> property by virtue of such sale.
<br /> 7. The rights a,nd remedies �iven to the PRUDENTIAL by this agreement ehall be in addition to and
<br /> not in lieu of any of the rights,remedies,terme,covenants or provi�ions of the said mortgage a,nd
<br /> I n�ote. If the validity of this agreement or df any of the psonisions thereof ehall be a,ttacked by
<br /> a�ny party having an interest in the aforesaid real property,and if,as the result of euch attgeg�
<br /> thie a�reement or any of ite provision$ should be held to be invalid,the afore�aid mortgage �.

<br /> The invalidity of any one or more of the provisions of thie agreement shall not inealidate the
